Here’s how it works!
First Step –> Scanning
- Paper invoices and documents are scanned so digital files are created.
- Images are uploaded to your AncoraDocs cloud application, along with any electronic documents received.
Second Step –> Processing
- Relevant information (summary data, line item data, etc) is OCR’d and extracted from the invoice or document files and indexed as searchable fields.
- Missing or inaccurate information is flagged for review.
Third Step –> Verification/Approval
- Verification of data, allocation (optional), database lookups, and document approval are all completed through the user-friendly AncoraDocs interface.
- When validated, all data, including the invoice image, is automatically routed to your DMS, workflow, or ERP system.
